摘要: Intersphincteric resection (ISR) is an ideal technique that preserves the anus, regardless of whether internal anal sphincter removed. However, it difficult to dissect anterior wall rectum from adjacent organs. We herein describe a safe and useful ISR which draws out through anus. The intersphincteric space (ISS) between external muscles was first transabdominally dissected. Next, transanal dissection advanced into ISS bilaterally posterior side without dissecting canal, sigmoid colon were drawn Dissection prostate/vagina could be easily performed under direct vision. This enables any risk positive surgical margin or unexpected bleeding, avoids injury seems for approaching canal.
