摘要: Abstract The composition of the essential oils Nepeta denudate Benth. and N. cephalotes Boiss., which are endemic to Iran, was investigated by means GC, GC/MS 1H-NMR spectra main compounds, 1,8-cineole (48.0%), myrtenol (5.0%), β-pinene (4.6%) trans-pinocarveol (4.5%) were components among 21 constituents characterized in oil denudata, representing 85.7% total detected. Ten compounds identified 78.5% with 4aα, 7α, 7aα-nepetalactone (35.1%), (18.2%) (11.4%) as major constituents. structure 1,8-cineole, nepetalactone confirmed their spectra.
