摘要: Abstract Energy is an essential element of socio-economic development and electricity one the most widely used forms energy. There world over attention on harnessing more renewable energy sources due to rising cost fossil fuels based electricity. Among all sources, small hydro power (SHP) considered be environmental friendly cost-effective technologies for generation electrical power. Economic viability a SHP project very important along with its technical feasibility taking investment decision. In this paper, attempt has been made evaluate performance some existing plants considering parameters like cost, operating maintenance shortage percentage variation in select best plant.
