摘要: The processing of ovalbumin by isolated rat enterocytes and splenic adherent cells (SAC) was compared. Paraformaldehyde fixation blocked presentation to T both cell types when given before, but not after, an antigen pulse. Presentation treatment with chloroquine, ammonium chloride or monensin before the Leupeptin pulse inhibited SAC, enterocytes. Ovalbumin processed presented fixed SAC.
