摘要: The cells and tissues of the gastrointestinal immune system provide protection from external environment at a site which is potentially extremely vulnerable to infection, since only single epithelial layer separates gut lumen tissues. Large numbers leukocytes are present throughout as in lamina propria epithelium, aggregates lymphoid follicles. For most part antigenic stimulus for induction lymphocyte populations appears be food microorganisms that intestine. In infection allergy there changes, not structure, but cellular infiltrate intestinal mucosa, suggesting local reactions may involved pathogenesis disease. aim this chapter describe basic structural components mucosal system, abnormalities subject ensuing chapters.
