摘要: Increasingly, emphasis is being placed on measurement-based care to improve the quality of treatment. Although much focus has been depression, may be particularly applicable social anxiety disorder (SAD) given its high prevalence, comorbidity with other disorders, and association significant functional impairment. Many self-report scales for SAD currently exist, but these possess limitations related length and/or accessibility that serve as barriers their use in monitoring outcome routine clinical practice. Therefore, aim current study was develop validate Clinically Useful Social Anxiety Disorder Outcome Scale (CUSADOS), a measure SAD. The CUSADOS designed reliable, valid, sensitive change, brief, easy score, easily accessible, facilitate settings. psychometric properties were examined 2415 psychiatric outpatients who presenting treatment had completed semi-structured diagnostic interview. demonstrated excellent internal consistency, item–total correlations test–retest reliability. Within sub-sample 381 patients, possessed good discriminant convergent validity it more highly correlated measures than disorders. Furthermore, scores higher diagnosis compared those without diagnosis. Preliminary support also obtained sensitivity change sample 15 receiving comorbid depression.
