摘要: Excitation-contraction (E-C) coupling in smooth muscle (Table 1) is distinguished by the importance of pharmacomechanical coupling: a complex signal transduction mechanisms that not directly dependent on changes membrane potential (Somlyo and Somlyo, 1968).
