摘要: AbstractTraveling solar wind disturbances have a significant influence on radio wave characteristics during the superior conjunction communication. This paper considers impact of scintillation phase fluctuations electromagnetic (EM) propagation conjunction. Based Geometric Optics approximation, close-form approximation model for is developed. Both effects anisotropic temporal variations function plasma irregularities and their power spectrum are presented analyzed numerically.
