摘要: Dy and Cu-doped SrF2 nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized by using co-precipitation method their possible application to solid state dosimetry studied compared that of pure NPs. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) used for sample characterization. The highest thermoluminescence (TL) response SrF2:Dy SrF2:Cu NPs found respectively at 0.5 0.7mol% Cu impurities. Seven overlapping glow peaks 384, 406, 421, 449, 569, 495, 508K three component 381, 421 467K identified employing Tm-Tstop computerized curve deconvolution (CGCD) methods. TL sensitivity is approximately the same as LiF:Mg,Ti (TLD-100) cheeps. Linear dose observed up absorbed doses 1kGy 10kGy correspondingly. Regarding other characteristics produced such fading, reproducibility thermal treatment, doped recommend high applications.
