摘要: — The relative distribution of T lymphocyte subsets, as defined by the monoclonal antibodies OKT, was determined cytofluorimetric analysis in peripheral blood and cells isolated from liver biopsies 31 patients with chronic active hepatitis (CAH). percentage lymphocytes binding OKT8 (directed against cytotoxic/suppressor cells) found to be elevated HBsAg HBeAg positive hepatitis. Patients CAH who had seroconverted anti-HBe, an increased number OKT3-positive their blood, which directed a common cell surface antigen, associated decreased cells. Lymphocytes presented general increase OKT8-positive OKT4-positive (helper/inducer) It is likely that represent cytotoxic either viral or determinants.
