摘要: The prevalence of liver cell membrane antibodies (LMA) was evaluated in the sera 124 untreated patients with various chronic diseases, 17 acute hepatitis and 40 normal controls by indirect immunofluorescence on rabbit hepatocytes, isolated non-enzymatic method. presence LMA compared HBs Ag, anti-HBc non-organ specific autoantibodies (anti-nuclear antibody, ANA; smooth muscle SMA; anti-mitochondrial AMA; liver-kidney microsomal LKM). found 83% autoimmune active disease (CALD), 47% cryptogenic CALD 42% primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC). both HBsAg positive negative/anti-HBc 11%, significantly lower than other three groups. In group prevalence. 35 were titred to end point dilution. Autoimmune cases presented titres higher those all Adsorption experiments showed that fluorescence is not blocked pre-incubation antigens LSP LP2, while a mild blocking effect observed some or PBC sera. No cross-reaction mitochondrial can still be considered marker only when present at high titre without cross-reactivity antigens.
