摘要: The manganese (Mn) substituted cobalt ferrite (Co1−xMnxFe2O4) is synthesized by simple ceramic method with x varied from 0 to 0.5 in step of 0.1. role Mn substitution on structural, morphological, dielectrical, magnetic and impedance properties has been investigated. Phase identification was performed X-ray diffraction analysis which shows the spinel cubic crystal structure. lattice parameter found increase content. saturation magnetization (Ms) coercivity (Hc) are measured hysteresis plots. Dielectric dispersion having Maxwell–Wagner-type interfacial polarization observed for samples. constant loss tangent decrease frequency. AC conductivity measurements suggest that conduction due small polaron hopping. semiconducting behavior samples studied dc resistivity measurements. Room temperature complex semicircle attributed high resistance values at lower frequencies.
