摘要: Abstract The cobalt ferrite nanoparticles of 20 nm size were synthesized by sol–gel auto-combustion technique. samples irradiated with Nd:YAG laser to understand the effects irradiation on structural, cation distribution and magnetic properties. virgin characterized X-ray diffraction studies at room temperature shows that defects created in lattice after which causes energy dispersive analysis X-rays (EDAX) showed chemical composition is as per expected stichiometry. constant observed from XRD data for increasing trend irradiation.
