摘要: The present invention provides compositions and methods for regulating the specificity activity of immune effector cells use in immunotherapy. In one embodiment, a type chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) wherein CAR is termed "NKR-CAR" which design comprising component naturally found on natural killer (NK) cells. NK includes but not limited to occurring activating inhibitory known as cell immunoglobulin-like (KIR).
