摘要: The phylogenetic relationships of the beetle superfamily Tenebrionoidea are investigated using most comprehensive genetic data set compiled to date. With ∼34,000 described species in approximately 1250 genera and 28 families, represent one diverse species-rich superfamilies beetles. interfamilial poorly known; previous morphological molecular phylogenies recovered few well-supported often conflicting between families. Here we present a phylogeny based on genes commonly used resolve family superfamily-level beetles (18S, 28S, 16S, 12S, tRNA Val COI). alignment spanned over 6.5 KB DNA sequence 300 tenebrionoid from 24 families were sampled. Maximum Likelihood Bayesian analysis could not deeper level divergences within very supported. Increasing gene coverage by removing taxa with missing did improve clade support but when rogue removed increased resolution was recovered. Investigation signal strength suggested standard for phylogenetics, even removed. Our study highlights that relatively taxon sampling lineage, this is unable superfamily.
