摘要: Unlike conventional methods and systems for locating ingress, which only monitor the upstream path, a method system of ingress by monitoring downstream path is provided. A test measures signal quality in dependence upon noise level being above predetermined limit, polls plurality terminal equipment devices to return measurement. The instrument analyzes measurements locate an source contributing noise.
