摘要: The formation of solar cell contacts using a laser is described. A method fabricating back-contact includes forming poly-crystalline material layer above single-crystalline substrate. also dielectric stack the layer. forming, by ablation, plurality holes in stack, each contact exposing portion layer; and conductive holes.
