Kesan ICT terhadap produktiviti pekerja dalam sektor perkhidmatan terpilih di Malaysia

摘要: The services sector has been identified as an important economic growth driver in the period of Tenth Malaysia Plan. is expected to grow at 7.2 percent annually, raising its contribution GDP 61 by end MalaysiaPlan period. With limited resources and increasing competition global market, anenhancement labor productivity critical. objective this article analyze impacts investments ICT-capital usage ICT on using panel data from 2002 until 2007 five sub-sectors, namely education health private sector, accommodation, transportation services. Results show that there are significant positive relationship between ICT. Therefore, following initiatives suggested order increase benefits ICT: 1) organizational change incorporate more components daily operation, 2) providing training up-to-date knowledge workers, 3) government supports term fund, incentive or subsidy promote innovation development formulate strategic plan.
