摘要: Darevskia rostombekowi, the most outstanding of seven known parthenogenetic species in genus Darevskia, is result an ancestral cross between two bisexual raddei and portschinskii. The chromosomal set this includes a unique submetacentric autosomal chromosome; origin chromosome was unresolved as only acrocentric chromosomes are described karyotypes normally. Here, we applied suite molecular cytogenetic techniques, including mapping telomeric (TTAGGG) n repeats using fluorescence situ hybridization (FISH), comparative genomic (CGH), whole-chromosome painting (WCP) both D. rostombekowi parental (D. portschinskii raddei) species. obtained results total suggest that de novo rearrangement via Robertsonian translocation (centric fusion) maternal different size involved formation present rostombekowi. Our findings provide new data specific rapid evolutional processes unisexual reptile karyotype.
