摘要: PURPOSE: There are very few studies on the development of early colorectal cancers, although we have previously reported growth speeds cancer in a radiographic retrospective study. The aim this study was to estimate statistical curve for from mucosal cancer. METHODS: Subjects were 31 patients with which initial lesions diagnosed as These overlooked first or second investigations, but detected later. Initial features follows; 4 pedunculated lesions, 1 semipedunculated lesion, 6 sessile 9 superficially elevated and 11 depressed lesions. diameters 12.1±6.1 mm. final depths invasion 12 submucosal muscularis proria 7 serosal cancers. observation period between examination 41.5±25.8 months. estimated by an exponential natural logarithm d=e(a+b×t), where is intercept (initial tumor size) b regression coefficient (growth speed). RESULTS: A obtained follows: diameter =12.5 × 2(t/77) (r=0.448,P<0.0001) 95 percent confidence interval time =53 173 Subsequently, volume =1 103 2(t/26), =18 58 CONCLUSION: Growth speed through statistically significant curve. Estimated doubling 26 (95 interval, 18–58) From these results could obtain rational surveillance program using appropriate procedures different sensitivities.
