摘要: The present article describes the preparation of films various thickness and microspheres from new resorbable graft copolymers polyacrylic (methyl methacrylate, MMA, or methyl acrylate, MA), polyvinylic (vinyl pyrrolidone, VP) chains poly(l-lactic acid) (PLLA) side blocks charged with 15-20% ibuprofen (IBU) (a non-steroidic antiinflammatory agent). In case MMA-LLA MA-LLA release IBU in buffered solution is modulated by flexibility copolymer a first step one to two days second diffusive properties system as well biodegradation polymers. VP-PLLA are highly hydrophilic diffusion drug through swollen system. Specific interactions between molecules pyrrolidone rings also participate kinetic behaviour process.
