摘要: Persistent organic pollutants (POPs) constitute a wide range of chemicals. Their release into the environment has raised great concern due to their potentially harmful impact in humans and wildlife species. The aim this current study was detect selected POPs hair samples wild terrestrial mammals from Primorsky Krai, Russia, so as assess potential environmental exposure. tested species were leopard cat, musk deer, wolf, amur hedgehog, raccoon dog. targeted organochlorines hexachlorobenzene (HCB) DDTs (opDDE, ppDDE, opDDD), polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) congeners (28, 52, 101, 118, 138, 153, 180), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) (acenaphylene (ACEN), fluorene (FLU), anthracene (ANTH) phenathrene (PHEN), pyrene (PYR)). detection conducted by one-step extraction method, using headspace solid-phase microextraction technique (HS-SPME) analyzed then GC-MS. majority animal found positive all pollutants. More specifically, percentage for HCB 93.3% DDTs, PCBs, PAHs, 20.0 100.0%, 6.7 75.0 respectively. DDT, PCB, PAH ranged 1.26 52.06 pg mg-1, 0.73 31.34 2.59 35.00 highest mean concentration levels deer (PCBs 12.41 21.87 PAHs 22.12 mg-1) compared other To best our knowledge, is first that provides results regarding contamination different POP use matrix proven be an effective tool nondestructive biological monitoring ecosystems.
