摘要: Recent meta-analyses suggest that surgical correction of varicoceles can improve the semen parameters and natural pregnancy rates infertile men, prompting renewed interest in varicocelectomy methods. New developments, such as use Doppler ultrasonography during surgery, aid accurate identification spermatic cord arteries this technically challenging procedure.
