The Impacts of Enterprise Social Software on the Innovation Process

摘要: Innovations are essential if companies to maintain and increase their competitiveness. Thus, face the question how rather than whether generate innovations. One possible parameter design an innovation-friendly environment is providing appropriate software such as enterprise social (ESS). This motivated us explore use of ESS may impact innovation process. We present results deduced from exploratory case study. Based on 26 interviews theoretical considerations about process, our findings reveal that has potential support different stages Furthermore, indicate usage creates impacts concerning (1) information processing itself, (2) daily work outputs, (3) measurable outcomes at organizational level. Here, particularly generic processes in knowledge implementation stand benefit.
