摘要: We present possible steps for Germany's capital region a pathway towards high-level renewable energy contributions. To this end, we give an overview of the current policy and status electricity generation demand two federal states: city Berlin surrounding state Brandenburg. In second step alternative, feasible scenarios with focus on years 2020 2030. All were numerically evaluated in hourly time using cost optimisation approach. The required installed capacities 80% renewables scenario year consist 8.8 GW wind energy, 4.8 photovoltaics, 0.4 GWel bioenergy, 0.6 methanation gas storage capacity 180 GWhth. order to meet share 100% 2030, approximately 9.5 10.2 photovoltaics bioenergy will be needed, complemented by about 1.5 530 additional 11 GWhel battery required. Approximately 3 thermal power plants necessary cover residual load both scenarios. Furthermore, studied transmission extra-high voltage lines simulation found them sufficient distribution within investigated region.
