Microarrays and the microscope: balancing throughput with resolution

摘要: The cellular complexity of the brain is a major issue in planning, execution and interpretation microarray studies. Recent technical advances allow for high-throughput study specific cell populations circuits. Here we review representative examples currently available methods that high resolution specificity studies, while maintaining goal comprehensive, analysis.
