摘要: Targeted transport of messenger RNA and local protein synthesis near the synapse are important for synaptic plasticity. In order to gain an overview composition dendritic mRNA pool, we dissected out stratum radiatum (dendritic lamina) from rat hippocampal CA1 region compared its content with that pyramidale (cell body layer) using a set cDNA microarrays. RNAs have over-representation in fraction were annotated sorted into function groups. We identified 154 candidates, which can be arranged categories receptors channels, signaling molecules, cytoskeleton adhesion factors involved membrane trafficking, synthesis, posttranslational modification, degradation. Previously known mRNAs such as MAP2, calmodulin, G gamma subunit our screening, encode proteins plasticity memory, spinophilin, Pumilio, eEF1A, MHC class I molecules. Furthermore, coding ribosomal also found dendrites. Our results suggest neurons variety dendrites, not only those directly modulating plasticity, but others play more common roles cellular metabolism.
