摘要: In the last 10–15 years we have witnessed much discussion through Europe about changes in social security systems. The debate has been diffuse and emphasis shifted over time according to various economic, political cultural backgrounds of different countries. some, concerned overall level spending fiscal deficit, others it focused on centralisation/decentralisation, yet specific mode delivery particular goods services (i.e. private or public).
