摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the immunological and chemotherapeutic prevention control of oncogenic viruses. The development in vitro (tissue culture) assay systems has facilitated rapid testing drugs other potentially active antiviral agents. In addition, these assays have been found useful studies designed to elucidate mechanism inhibitory action Murine leukemia viruses are assayed by XC-test, which a quantitative number syncytia formed. Infective titers murine sarcoma virus can be quantitated foci formed on mouse embryo fibroblast cultures.
