Determination of ractopamine in pork by using electrochemiluminescence inhibition method combined with molecularly imprinted stir bar sorptive extraction

摘要: Abstract Ractopamine (RAC) was observed to quench the electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of Ru ( bpy ) 3 2 + –DBAE system at a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). Based on ECL signal changes, detection method for RAC in pork established. Under optimized conditions, linear range is from 1.0 × 10−10 5.0 × 10−8 mol L−1, and limit 3.5 × 10−12 mol L−1, which are better than other previously reported methods. Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) synthesized as coating stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE), MISBSE used selective purification real samples. The combined with pre-treatment applied determination pork, result satisfactory recoveries being 99.7–115.0% RSDs –DBAE/RAC proposed based UV absorption spectra, cyclic voltammograms IECL–E curves.
