摘要: Recently, the significance of Wide-Area Monitoring, Protection and Control (WAMPAC) has increased as it promises to provide a countermeasure possible power system instability phenomena. The standardization communication interfaces, that are able open up possibility integrating wide variety sub systems, is becoming increasingly important in enabling build standard WAMPAC system. In Japan, systems have been used for stabilization many years significant experience gained application this technology. We recently conducted review our in-service we also examined current draft international standards order identify key pertinent systems. paper, authors introduce proposal detailing configuration based upon identified. paper discusses prototype were developed along with some sample demonstration scenarios.
