摘要: Abstract This paper presents an online scheme of wide area out step protection synchronous generators to controlled islanding power system based on inter-area signals gathered from measuring systems (WAMS) data. The proposed provides criterion critical splitting times for estimation both unstable oscillations and transient instability scenarios. In this regard, according meaning the center inertia (COI), coherent are identified represented as equivalent virtual within different oscillating areas. strategy is extension conventional RRdot relay which by COI rotor angle oscillation ( δ C O I ) two areas, a new adaptive - Δ locus curve extracted.
