摘要: Social media and Web 2.0 technologies seem to be especially promising because of their open character low barrier adoption. The use these for knowledge sharing in organizational settings has been thoroughly examined some positive effects have found, but much less is known about how the social tools could effectively used cross-organizational or international cooperation. aim study was investigate what kind practices can identified clusters; which are supporting networks barriers members perceive processes within network. results indicated that communities actively thinking employing sharing, several exists hinder any tool build community sense replace face-to-face meetings real life, should intertwined with life communication every needs a facilitator who takes responsibilities building.
