摘要: In area-based stereo matching, there is a problem called "boundary overreach", i.e. the recovered object boundary turns out to be wrongly located away from real one. This especially harmful segmenting objects using depth information. A few approaches have been proposed solve this problem. However, these techniques tend degrade on smooth surfaces. That is, seems trade-off between recovering precise edges and obtaining paper, we propose new simple method Using multiple pairs windowing, our detects region where overreach likely occur (let us call it "BO region") adopts appropriate methods for BO non-BO regions. Although quite simple, experimental results shown that very effective at both sharp their correct locations
