Allele-Specific Polymerase Chain Reaction for Detection of Main gyrA Allelic Variants in Helicobacter pylori Strains

摘要: Samples with positive results for the designed PCR method were sequenced to verify existence of target mutations. Results: Point mutations in gyrA gene at Asn87Lys codon (AAT > AAA and AAC AAG) detected all standard resistant strains as well some clinical isolates previously determined resistance phenotypes fluoroquinolones. Presence was successfully confirmed control by newly primers sequencing. Conclusions: The AS-PCR a good reliable detection AAT AAG point H. pylori isolates.
