摘要: Abstract We define the spatial and temporal patterns of expression gene encoding glycolytic enzyme, β-enolase, during mouse ontogenesis. Transcripts were detected by in situ hybridization using 35 S labelled cRNA probes. The β-enolase is expressed only striated muscles. It first embryo, cardiac tube newly formed myotomes. In muscle masses limb, β occurs at a low level primary fibers, subsequently greatly increases time which corresponds to onset innervation secondary fiber formation. Later development, it becomes undetectable slow-twitch fibers. Our results demonstrate multistep regulation gene. this muscle-specific somites discussed terms myogenic sequences MyoD family shown be present when activated.
