9 Spondyloarthritides in females

摘要: Few studies have been performed regarding clinical, radiological and prognostic features of females with spondyloarthropathies other than ankylosing spondylitis (AS). In AS, clinical manifestations appear similar in men women, whereas more frequent severe males. However, no consistent differences outcome mortality between women disclosed. Although fetal is not compromised spondyloarthropathy (SpA), the interaction pregnancy SpA has studied detail only AS. Spinal disease unchanged while peripheral arthritis uveitis are suppressed during childbearing. Due to possible maternal side-effects, NSAIDs must be discontinued last 8 weeks pregnancy, but lactation several can used. Treatment sulphasalazine compatible lactation. Children AS patients exhibit a slightly increased risk developing later life.
