摘要: Regulated by several small GTPases, the octameric exocyst complex directs docking and tethering of exocytic vesicles to destined plasma membrane sites, providing precise spatiotemporal control exocytosis. Although components are well conserved among various fungal species, mechanisms for regulation its assembly activity diverse. Exocytosis is crucial generation cell polarity as delivery effector proteins in filamentous fungi, thus plays an important role morphogenesis pathogenicity on plant hosts. This review focuses current findings about roles pathogenesis fungi.
