摘要: Regulation of the in vivo production myeloid cell growth-inducing (MGI-1) and differentiation-inducing (MGI-2) proteins has been studied mice injected with inflammation-inducing compounds sodium caseinate, thioglycollate bacterial lipopolysaccharide. The results indicate that these can induce MGI-1 MGI-2; different inducing agents cause a body-distribution there is an independent regulation distribution granulocyte protein (MGI-IG = G-CSF) not identical to (MGI-2). Resident peritoneal macrophages produce MGI-2 vitro, but inflammatory show reduced ability spontaneously after injection caseinate or thioglycollate. thus also macrophage activation affect regulatory MGI-2.
