摘要: Abstract The objectives of this study were to compare the phenolic extraction efficiency four procedures, explore extract profile by HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS and evaluate antioxidant anti-inflammatory activities cactus flowers from Morocco. accelerated solvent (ASE) with 80% acetone in water at 80 °C gave rise extracts higher yields total polyphenols, procyanidins flavonoids. qualitative analysis composition showed that these composed mainly flavonol glycosides addition hydroxycinnamic acids which detected for first time. Our also revealed high potential pear flower extracts. In light obtained results, are a good source polyphenols could be used foods, cosmetics or pharmaceutical products, thus contributing diminish environmental impact by-products its valorization.
