摘要: d-Glyceraldehyde stimulated the release of insulin from pancreatic islets Umea-obob-mice whether or not glucose was present in medium. Like action glucose, that d-glyceraldehyde biphasic time, exhibited a sigmoidal dose-response relationship, potentiated by theophylline, arginine, iodoacetamide, l-glyceraldehyde, and inhibited epinephrine, 2,4-dinitrophenol, Ca2+ deficiency. Half-maximum maximum stimulations were produced about 3 mm 10 d-glyceraldehyde. Positive interactions observed between 5 leucine. Mannoheptulose (10 mm) glucosamine did inhibit but effect Dihydroxyacetone (2.5–20 also initiated absence glucose. On other hand, 5–10 l-glyceraldehyde initiate secretion effects dihydroxyacetone reduced production 14CO2 d-[U-14C]glucose; had smaller statistically insignificant effect. The results suggest being phosphorylated entering glycolysis β-cells, act as functional analogues secretory stimulus. Initiation d-glyceraldehyde, may thus depend on metabolic signal at below triose phosphate level.
