摘要: Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) is a unique DNA synthetic enzyme whose expression in normal cells restricted to subsets of primitive lymphocytes, and among neoplastic found only the blast some forms acute leukemia diffuse lymphoma [1–5]. This polymerase has achieved increasing attention over last several years from both basic biologists physicians caring for patients with malignant hematologic disease. For it emerged as useful biochemical marker pre-B pre-T cells, played an important role studies aimed at dissecting ontogeny lymphoid system [6, 7]. In clinical medicine, cell TdT assays have been shown be subclassification leukemias lymphomas, status used assign therapeutically meaningful categories [8, 9].
