摘要: There is indisputable evidence that the large macrophages elicited into peritoneal cavity by inflammatory stimuli are derived from circulating blood monocytes which originate in bone marrow (van Furth 1970; van et al. 1975; Volkman 1976a, b), but there much controversy concerning origin of non-elicited resident 1976b). In view kinetics data, (1976a, b) believes macrophages, as well tissues, sinusoidal linings, and other serosal cavities, capable self-renewal. Yet Cohn (1968) have presented documentation suggesting marrow-derived also precursors macrophage populations.
