摘要: The quaternary chalcogenide Cu2FeSnS4 is important and interesting owing to its many advantageous characteristics for photovoltaic optoelectronic applications, such as a suitable direct band gap (1.0–1.5 eV), low toxicity, relatively high abundance of the elements in Earth's crust. To date, most reports on have focused synthetic method optical properties, few studies comprehensively systematically reported growth mechanism nanoparticles. Therefore, we synthesized nanocrystals by simple hot-injection performed detailed characterizations. Raman spectroscopy characterization tool differentiate mixed-composition phases pathway nanocrystals, which cannot be efficiently distinguished X-ray diffraction. A possible synthesis has been proposed.
