Cu2FeSnS4 nanocrystals as effective electron acceptors for hybrid solar cells

摘要: Abstract Cu 2 FeSnS 4 (CFTS) nanocrystals with a size of 3–7 nm are solvothermally synthesized by using 1-octadecanamine, thiourea and ethanol as capping agent, sulfur precursor reaction solvent, respectively. The CFTS blended conjugated polymer used to prepare hybrid polymer-based solar cells (HPSCs). Our results reveal that the can act effective electron acceptors for HPSCs, content-related aggregation in matrix imposes remarkable effect on device performance.
