摘要: Discorhabdin W (1), isolated from a New Zealand Latrunculia sp. sponge, is symmetrical dimer with potent in vitro activity against the P388 murine leukemia cell line. The structure and stereochemistry were assigned by using 1D- 2D-NMR experiments mass spectrometry. Discorhabdins B (2), D (3), G*/I (4), L (5) also same sponge.
