摘要: Abstract Ocean wave energy is one of the most concentrated sources renewable energy. However, until now it has not reached economic feasibility required to be commercialised. To improve efficiency converters, several advanced control strategies have been proposed, including Model Predictive Control (MPC). Nevertheless, computational burden underlying optimisation problem a drawback conventional (Full-Degree Freedom, F-DoF) MPC, which typically limits its application for real-time systems. In this paper, Moving Window Blocking (MWB) approach proposed speed-up time each by reducing number decision variables using input parameterised solutions. Numerical simulation generic single device point absorber converter controlled scheme confirms potential approach.
