摘要: Abstract AbstratctLipid composition of serum lipoproteins was studied in Holstein cows throughout gestation and lactation. Blood lipids varied with stage or lactation; however, the percent lipid distributed cholesteryl esters, phospholipids, unesterified cholesterol did not vary. Cholesteryl esters phospholipids accounted for approximately 90% content whole serum. The were separated into four ultracentrifugal density classes: very low chylomicrons ρ 1.040 to 1.063, high 1.063 1.21. lipoproteins, major class blood serum, characterized by accounting about their content.
