摘要: Paraneoplastic syndromes are observed in up to 8% of tumor patients. These disorders arise from secretion hormones, peptides, growth factors or cytokines immune cross-reactivity between malignant and normal tissues. Among many others paraneoplastic may also affect the rheumatologic system resulting various musculoskeletal symptoms and/or syndromes. On other hand, mainly hematological lymphoproliferative diseases cause rheumatic by cell invasion when affecting cellular elements blood coagulation system. The aim this article is provide an overview associations hemato-oncological which might be importance clinical practice.
