摘要: Six postmenopausal women (ages 50 to 65 years) developed palmar fasciitis and polyarthritis associated with a malignant ovarian tumor. Rheumatic signs preceded the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma ovary by 5 25 months. All had bilateral pain limitation motion shoulders hands as well prominent polyarthritis. Arthritis elbows, wrists, knees, ankles, feet was also common. Two patients carpal tunnel syndrome. Nonresectable tumor ascites peritoneal metastatic seeding found in all patients. Endometrioid carcinoma, poor differentiation, unusually severe stromal proliferation fibrous tissue were seen. There no consistent improvement musculoskeletal syndrome after corticosteroid treatment or chemotherapy. died 2 17 months neoplasm.
